Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and have the following refund policy:
Starter Games
If a refund is requested within 48 hours before the 'Starter' game, a full refund will be paid.
Seasons
If a refund is requested within 48 hours after the first 'Season' game, a pro-rata refund for all unplayed games will be paid.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at teamup@socialsport.com.au.
